Commercial/Industrial Metric Rod Ends

Male Rod Ends

Female Rod Ends

Aurora features five lines of metric rod end bearings. These range from the economy/commercial through to the high strength AM/AW-M series. All feature one-piece, full-swage steel raceway construction. Dimensions follow DIN 648 schedule K. All series with the exception of the CM/CW-M are available in fine thread styles as well.

Products range in bore and thread size from 3mm through 30mm. On most series, PTFE liners are available.

Male

MaleRod ends with external or male body threads. Standard catalog series include products with either low carbon or high strength heat treated alloy steel bodies. Race materials include low carbon, or heat treated alloy steel. Ball are made from either sintered or alloy steel and are precision ground and heat treated. Threads are rolled to appropriate classifications. MM/MW and AM/AW series are available with PTFE lined raceways, for smooth backlash-free fit.

Female

FemaleRod ends with internal or female threads. As with Aurora male rod ends, a wide variety of materials are available resulting in products to fit any need.
